- Flex-A-Ball:
- Flex-A-Ball is a fun invigorating full body exercise class using the phyisoball. Many people enjoy the ease of using the ball since they are light and the exercises are not that complicated. The main goal of this class is to strengthen your core (abdominals, obliques, back, lower back and pelvic area), therefore gaining more balance, flexibility and better posture. Light weights and balance bars are also used to help strengthen muscles. Class is approximately 1 hour.
