Our management team and trainers are dedicated to help you achieve your goals and aid you to a healthy lifestyle through our fitness programs, which are readily available to you. Adjustable Resistance Equipment
Custom resistance machines are specially designed for a woman's smaller frame. Perfect for toning and reducing as well as building functional strength.

Low Impact Aerobics Floor
Our aerobics floor is fully impact absorbent and saves your knees and hips from wear and tear. This is an exclusive feature of all Lady of America Fitness Centers. Never take classes on a hard floor again!

Airwall Infra-Red Sauna
The most sophisticated sauna on the market. It uses infra-red ceramic heaters, that penetrate the body up to 2 inches deep with therapeutic heat. 20% of your sweat is pure toxins leaving the body. This sauna also relieves stress, arthritis and burns 600 calories in 30 minutes. A favorite of every member that has tried it. Available for a free trial.

Our Programs

Pilates (PIA certified)
This class offers you a core strengthening, lengthens, realigns and defines your body along with proper breathing techniques. Pilates is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body's "centre" in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Eventually the body will move with maximum efficiency and minimum effort. Postural changes as well as increased flexibility are only a few of the benefits Pilates provides.

Yoga (Hatha-Vinyasa-Gentle yoga)
Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits. These benefits include improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga will also increase strength by toning your muscles. Each class is designed to build the student’s strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Yoga class is a place and time to concentrate on yourself, to workout, relax, breathe, and feel all sensations in your body and let go of tension.

Body Sculpting
A combination of weight training and toning utilizing the step free weights, bars, tubes and bands (the ball will not be used). Great class to tone and tighten up the entire body including your abs, hips, thighs, shoulders and more! This is the only way to permanently increase your metabolism and therefore burning fat even while you rest. Body Sculpting includes muscle strengthening and endurance workouts for all the body's major muscle groups. Because there is no dancing, jumping, stepping or choreography to learn, Body Sculpting is ideal for those who dislike or can not perform high impact workouts. Body Sculpting also helps to prevent osteoporosis by increasing one's bone density. Our instructors will teach proper form while leading you to a more toned and defined body.

Step-It-Up
Step training is an aerobic variation of stair climbing in which a raised platform is employed to perform a number of routines. These step patterns ensure a high intensity workout with up to 30% more body fat metabolized than in traditional aerobics. However these are still low impact exercises that place only mild stress on the feet and joints. We offer programs for all fitness levels, join a class today!

Kickboxing & Self Defense (Trainers are black-belt certified)
Combination of cardio kickboxing, sculpting and endurance. This class features martial arts style movements, which make it both fun and exciting!!

Cardio Kick Hop
Intense music! High calorie burner! Enjoy gentle floor aerobics while having a blast!

Our Services

We are for Women Only!
We offer a facility for women who are uncomfortable working out around men. Our women’s only facility is geared specifically for women who want to get fit and stay fit in a comfortable, fun, women-only environment. All of our programs enable you to lose weight and tone up. Women of all skill and age levels are encouraged to join and participate.

Fitness Evaluation
A general health assessment and fitness evaluation is offered to all of our members as part of their membership. A fitness evaluation determines the level of the five health-related fitness components which are; body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, and aerobic capacity. Fitness improvement and maintenance is a key to longevity and quality of life. It is critical to understand your level of fitness before starting an exercise program and to have your progress tracked. This is why our facility diligently logs all your workout efforts and re-evaluates them every 30 days to track progress and make the necessary adjustments to keep the results coming.

Senior Programs - Available for non-members $5 per day!
We offer fitness programs and classes specifically designed for seniors that can meet your needs through reduced impact activities. Our programs will help seniors improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and coordination. Women of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Stay healthy and fit with us while making some new friends.

Personal Training (W.I.T.S., NASM, NCSF & AFPA Certified)
You don't have to be a seasoned athlete or bodybuilder to enjoy the benefits of a personal trainer. Personal training benefits both the person who has never worked out before, as well as professional athletes. Having a personal trainer can save you a lot of time, frustration and pain in your journey to achieve your health and fitness goals. Working one-on-one with our staff of fully certified, professional personal trainers (CPT) will provide you with a highly efficient and more productive workout.

Massage therapy is an accepted part of many physical rehabilitation programs and is also one of the best antidotes for stress. It can relieve pain, help heal certain conditions, increase circulation and assist your body in maintaining a healthy balance. Professionally trained massage therapists are on staff and we offer a variety of massage therapy services.

Switch-Over Program - Make the switch to LOA
Tired of just the 30 min workout, we have it all. We are a full service gym for the same price as those 30 minute workout centers.
